Any enquiries or requests for support should in the first instance be addressed via email to [email protected] or [email protected] respectively to ensure they are dealt with correctly. All responses will be acknowledged within one business day, with a further response within 72 hours of receipt of your initial email. Alternatively, you can always get in touch via our contact form.
Complaints
Complaints about any aspect of our service should in the first instance be addressed via email to [email protected] with the word "COMPLAINT" at the start of the subject-line.
Receipt of this email will be acknowledged within one business day, with a further response within 72 hours of your issue being raised. If after that you are unhappy about the manner in which your complaint has been addressed, please contact the Group Development Officer by phone on 0161 818 9996 who will strive to resolve any issues you may have.
If your complaint cannot be resolved after discussion with our Group Development Officer, then it will be escalated to our Managing Director. If appropriate, we will involve a third party mediator should your complaint be not resolved through our own internal escalation procedure.
Nominet and Domain Names
Where JabaJaba manages a domain name on behalf of clients, this is subject to the
» Nominet Policies and Rules Regarding Domain Name Registration.
By using JabaJaba's domain name management services, by default, you accept the Nominet Terms and Conditions. Our charges for domain name management services, including transfer of domain names, how we deal with expired domain names and those due to expire and how you can renew your domain name are laid out in the hosting and domain name agreement you received.
If you have any specific enquiries regarding domains, these can be passed directly to the relevant person by emailing [email protected] with as much supporting information as possible. We will acknowledge your email within one business day and aim to respond to the issue within a further 72 hours.
Domain Abuse
If you wish to contact us regarding a domain abuse issue, please email JabaJaba at [email protected]. Again, we will acknowledge your communication within one business day and strive to respond to the issue within a further 72 hours. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible to ensure that your query is dealt with as quickly as is possible.
